BIOCON BIOLOGICS has a large insulin manufacturing facilility located in Malaysia. As per DOE (Department of Environment) norms in Malaysia, BIOCON was to discharge upto 400 m3/ day treated wastewater after achieving discharge limit parameters. With 400 m3/day wastewater to discharge, paired with variation in raw wastewater quality, BIOCON was unable to achieve their production capacity. Scaleban tecnology was able to help BIOCON recycle 400 m3/day wastewater, to achieve optimum production.

Vedanta Ltd, Jharsuguda Plant has optimized water conservation and ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge) objectives on a sustainable basis by utilizing 6000 m3/ day ETP clarified water with the use of unique, revolutionary , sustainable, “SCALEBAN ''technology by eliminating the need of costly conventional technologies like RO & MEE.
