E-FRP and C-FRP Fan Blades for Cooling Towers
FRP offers a superior strength-to-weight ratio compared to traditional materials like aluminium and steel.
UPTO 30% POWER SAVING
Our fans provide higher efficiency with its aerodynamic fan blades while consuming less power when compared to conventional fans.
COOLING TOWER APPLICATIONS
Variable pitch FRP (Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic) fans are engineered to withstand harsh environmental conditions, including continuous heat and water exposure in cooling towers. Epoxy Resins are used to ensure superior strength, heat and chemical resistance, and low water absorption.
CORROSION RESISTANCE
FRP materials offer excellent corrosion resistance, eliminating the need for costly protective coatings and ensuring long-term, trouble-free operation in harsh environments. The steel hub is galvanized, all hardware is made from corrosion-resistant SS304.
EROSION RESISTANCE
To combat the common issue of leading-edge erosion caused by water droplets in the humid air of cooling towers, each Recondo fan blade features an additional leading edge designed to deflect moisture, preventing pitting and maintaining efficiency over time.
